Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Pacific Agriscience believes in taking part in events and making efforts towards a better society. The company has been in strategic partnership with government and non-profit organizations in carrying out valuable CSR work, some of which are listed below.
   

Internship Programme

Working with Singapore After Care Association (SACA), the company began opening its door to ex-offenders (referred to as clients). This pioneering endeavour of accepting SACA clients for a four-week internship during their school holidays jumpstarted in March 2010.

Pacific Agriscience strongly believes in giving people second chances, making a difference to the lives of those who made mistakes and are willing to change for the better. Our company strongly believes that acceptance, as shown by opening our door to them, is a very motivating factor for them to make a positive and sustainable change and will therefore reduce the chance of recidivism.

Corporate and School Partnership (CASP) Programme

This programme, in collaboration with National Environment Agency (NEA) and Peirce Secondary School, seeks to reach out the youth of Singapore.

Pacific Agriscience, as the industry partner, aims to play an active role in crafting projects conceptualized by Peirce Secondary School. The company hopes to provide mentorship and to provide valuable advice to the students through our real-life industry experience and expertise.
